My good friend, Ray, spent last weekend in Mississippi rebuilding homes for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. He went with a group of church people, who ended up being quite fundamental. He encountered a whole lot of crack dealers, a lumberyard run by a Klan member, and a 14 hour road trip discussion on abortion and Dubya.
Ray, you are awesome. I am glad that there are people in this world like you, who are willing to take time to go rebuild a home for someone. Now, Ray, tell me...when did Christ enter your heart? (good grief!!)
