I have been trying to upload photos from Facebook for like 6 months with no success. I just figured out a trick though and was able to get this picture, from my FB page, onto this site! Victory!
These are my beets. I planted my first vegetable garden this summer and it's been quite fun and I've learned a lot! I planted many rows of Chiogga beets and as you can see from the picture (yay! a picture!!) they're ready to harvest. I just pull a couple every night, mix them with some EVOO, salt and pepper, and stick them on the grill to roast. They caramelize and turn all sweet and yummy.
Yay! Beets! And Pictures of Beets!!
