Tomato Marina

It's that time of year again when the tomatoes are taking over gardens with their plump, juicy fruit! Chris and I have gotten tomatoes from just about everyone we know and so we decided to spend Sunday afternoon making 100% organic, homemade marinara sauce. If you're interested in the recipe, just let me know and I'll email it to you. It's really easy, you just need some olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and a shit-ton of tomatoes.
