In two weeks, Chris and I are flying down to Isla Mujeres for a week of relaxation, sunshine, and fun. This small island is located near the Riviera Mayan on the east coast of Mexico. We have friends getting married on the island and we're some of the lucky few who were asked to witness their vows and celebrate their union with them.
I. Can't. Wait. :)
And to top it off (I know, you're thinking how the heck could this get any better?!) I found out that my brother, Lance, will be in Mexico the same time we are! He'll be in Cancun, which is a short boat ride from the island we're staying on! So Chris and I are planning on meeting Lance in Mexico for dinner, drinks, and dancing! Sweet!

I LOVE Chris Kimball! One year it was my resoution to cook all the recipes from their 6th season. I didn't quite make it, but it was a year of VERY GOOD EATING!
I love ATK too! And so far the few recipes I've made from the cookbook have been amazing!
