For the life of me I can't remember if I've blogged about Morey's Seafood before. So I figured I would risk the double-blog and write on it today.
I discovered Morey's Seafood last summer and can't suggest this enough for a fast, flavorful and healthy meal! I often serve the Salmon with dill sauce when I have company over (Sarah can attest to the number of times we've dined on that fish). It's incredibly easy: 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven. They even provide the dish to cook the fillets in so there is little-to-no clean-up! And with each package you get 2 separately sealed fish fillets, perfect for those nights where you are only cooking for 1 person.
Tonight Michi is coming over for dinner and I'm cooking us up the lemon pepper tilapia. I'll be sure to post on how the food tasted.
You can find Morey's in the seafood section of your local grocery store. Jewel has them in the refrigerated section while Dominicks has it in their frozen fish section. A package of 2 fillets will run you about $8.00. You can see all of Morey's fish on their website: http://www.moreys.com/products

the tilapia was only so-so. my suggestion is to stick with the dill salmon.
