I have noticed one thing ...

Your family really likes butter - stick and Country Crock seem to be prefered.

we are from the country land of Iowa and we were raised Norweigan. Butter is it's own food group to us.

I feel the same way about cheese.

It's 90% of my diet and 35% of what's currently in my fridge.

yes. cheese is good. right now in my fridge i have a wedge of brie, a gallon of skim milk, brita water, and a 6 pack of beer.
and a loaf of wheat bread that should have been tossed a month ago.

i like it when the fridge is filled mostly with liquids.

I'm starting to feel that I may be misplaced. I think I'm a Mid-Western girl @ heart. The Florida hurricane shit is for the birds. Now, if I can only get my employer to move to the Mid-West hmmm ...

Oh sorry, back to cheese. I love Brie! Nothing beats a fabulous cheese plate and a 6 pack of beer.

On a side note - I make a mean pepperoni dip which consists of cream cheese, pepperoni and cream of celery soup. It's da bomb diggity mamma. Have you noticed the cheese theme?

sounds awesome. and even though it's probably not real cheese, i am a sucker for that tostitos salso con queso...it comes in a clear jar. not refrigerator or anything!
