Rock Around the Block

After the Cubs game, Bob, Kelley and I met up at Rock Around the Block. The U2 cover band, named Elevation, was headlining. So we jammed out, had some more drinks and enjoyed the lovely Chicago nightlife.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame

Bob had an extra ticket to Saturday's Cubs game! yay for me! and it was such a gorgeous day for a baseball game. What a great surprise when Bob told me that the tickets were box seats which means comfy chairs, free food and (the best part!) free beer!!

And to top off an already wonderful saturday afternoon....the cubbies won!!

Yesterday, the Spice Girls announced their much anticpated reunion tour. Question: who was anticipating this?
I especially like the Before and After photos, side by side. Before they were so colorful and spunky and now they appear more mellow and desperate. And unemployed. Well, except Posh. She still looks the same, you know sorta scary and sorta bitchy.

Knocked Up

Last night, Sarah, Kelley, Ashley and I went and saw "Knocked Up". This movie is flippin', laugh-out-loud hilarious! And the audience was awesome because everyone was clapping or laughing right along with the film. It made the whole film so much more enjoyable!
And Seth Rogan is awesome!

I give it 2 thumbs up!!

I'll Dance for my Life

I just signed up for summer dance classes at the Old Town School of Folk Music. I am taking an 8 week long Hip Hop/Funk/ House class.

This is going to be so much fun!
